Bon Cop Bad Cop (Orignal French / English Dialogue, With French English Subtitles.)

Join PMK's junior hosts, Jay and Elisha, for a thrilling tour of underwater and sky borne transport in Radical Rockets. The action begins on a Trident nuclear submarine, where Jay walks over missile silos, visits the ship's nerve center (and even steers it for a moment), looks through a periscope, and learns what makes a vessel that is longer than two football fields dive and surface. Meanwhile, Elisha takes a fantastic ride on a two-woman sub, then joins her cohort at NASA for some disorienting training in weightlessness, spurious motion, and flight control on the space shuttle. Along the way, there are lessons in the chemistry of booster rockets and how astronauts find leaks via computer. There's also a chapter on remote-controlled model submarines, but for the most part watching Radical Rockets is like gaining exclusive, enviable access to the biggest and coolest machines in the world. --Tom Keogh - $6.48

Something new and different! The feature version of the original Flash Gordon serial--in widescreen and the amazing new 3-color Malavision toning technique which gives a more natural appearance to scenes by allowing the use of multiple hues in connection to corresponding brightness values without colorization and gives a James Bama-like feel to every scene! The widescreen process is achieved by cropping the image normally from top to bottom and extending the transfer beyond the normally cropped horizontal area to produce a widescreen proportion ratio. This Deluxe Edition includes both widescreen and full-screen versions of the feature, commentary by serial experts, trailers of related serials DARKEST AFRICA, THE PHANTOM EMPIRE, ADVENTURES OF FRANK MERRIWELL, FLASH GORDON, THE SEA HOUND, and KING OF THE CONGO, and a rare infomercial for Buster Crabbe swimming pools, hosted by Buster himself! - $13.38

The plot of this slapstick adventure takes several bizarre turns as Kurumi and Karinka fight an all-out battle. Shadowy wings mysteriously appear around Kurumi during the fight. The vicious Karinka is won over by Nakahito's gentleness and tries to replace Kurumi in his affections. In Izumo, Nadeshiko--a fourth Steel Angel--reveals that Dr. Ayankoji and the Academy that kidnapped him are scientists from the future attempting to alter the past. She also declares that the future of humanity rests on the Angel Heart II and the power of the associated mystic: Nakahito, who's failed in every attempt to use magic. Yet Nakahito is kidnapped by an agent of Dr. Walski who desires his unseen powers. The sinister turn of the story line doesn't quite mesh with the rowdy battle for Nakahito's affections or the fan-service nudie shots. Rated 17 Up: Nudity, minor profanity, violence, and risqué humor. --Charles Solomon - $10.18
